In 2021, he brought SDM9 to astonishing achievements named "Outsourcing Company of the Year" by Dinas Tenaga Kerja DKI Jakarta and has been a featured speaker and guest lecturer at various conferences and universities eversince, sharing his insights on emerging human capital industries and best practices of Human Capital Management.
